Sylvie Ayer explores the ocean of our planet since a few years only. In 2011, she obtained her « PADI Open Water Scuba Insctructor» license.

She does her best to capture the beauty and essence of this magical world in a special and unique way.

Her work has been recognized in several international contests and have been published in various magazines. She also gave several conferences.

Recently, She won the first place in the « Conservation (Hope) » category in the very prestigious contest the « Ocean Photographer of the Year ».

Her goal is to not only capture unique memories and express my emotions, but also to allow others to discover the richness of our oceans hoping that every one becomes aware of the urgency to protect them. 

When she is not underwater, Sylvie Ayer teaches and transmits her passion for music (drums and percussions) teaching in a Music Academy in Switzerland (www.sylvieayer.ch).
